Dancing in the arms of your partner on your wedding day - there nothing more special or romantic!

But it helps to be ready – and many couples have used Souldancing's private lessons to prepare for the big day.

Your first dance is a very special moment, and you need to carefully consider what song you would like to use and dance on. Our teachers will listen to your requirements and adapt the lessons accordingly.

We can of course also make recommendations; Argentinean Tango, for example, can be an inspired choice.
When planning your first dance, you have two options to consider to be well prepared and enjoy your moment in the spotlight:

"Wedding Dance Brush Up" Classes – In a few classes, you will learn some simple moves that will look amazing when you recreate them on the dance floor.

"Wedding Dance Choreography" Classes - This is a one-of-a-kind dance routine choreographed specifically for you to your special wedding dance song. This takes the guess work out of it and is tailored to your dancing abilities (even if you have never danced before).

When you learn a dance routine that's been choreographed especially for you, including the fancy, eye-catching moves such as dips, lunges, leans and more, you'll get all the "Ooohhhs!!!' and "Aaaahhhss!!!" you could ever hope for from your friends and family on your wedding day. That is something to remember and cherish!

For best results and to feel the most comfortable on the dance floor, schedule your lessons six to eight weeks before the wedding, with a final refresher lesson the week of your wedding. If possible, the final rehearsal can take place on the dance floor of your wedding venue.
